RHI’S PAVER SEALING WARRANTY COVERAGE:
RHI Pressure Washing guarantees all residential paver sealing applications against defects in workmanship and material failure, such as premature degradation of surfaces due to improper cleaning techniques.
For a term of one year after service completion, RHI Pressure Washing will address any workmanship issues free of charge if the problem is determined to be a result of our service.
SERVICE AND REPAIRS:
By hiring RHI Pressure Washing, you agree to allow us to re-service, repair, or refund service costs for any valid claims. Customer satisfaction is a priority, following employee safety. We reserve the right to correct any issues related to the service you received.
WHAT OUR WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
EFFLORESCENCE:
Efflorescence is a natural process in concrete and masonry surfaces that may cause a spotted white haze to appear. This process is driven by water-soluble salts rising to the surface. While pressure washing can remove surface residue, the underlying cause is not something we can prevent or warranty against.DAMAGE TO SURFACES:
RHI Pressure Washing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, deterioration, or defects on surfaces, including cracks, flaking, or pitting that may worsen after cleaning. Pressure washing may expose issues not previously visible, especially in older or compromised surfaces.MOLD, MILDEW, AND WEEDS:
While we use industry-standard cleaning techniques to address surface mold, mildew, and weeds, the service does not guarantee prevention of future growth. These elements may return due to environmental conditions beyond our control.INSECTS AND PESTS:
Our cleaning services cannot prevent or treat infestations of insects such as ants or other burrowing pests that may disturb cleaned surfaces. Use of appropriate pest control products is recommended.STAINS AND CONTAMINANTS:
Some deep-set stains, such as oil, rust, or paint, may not be fully removable due to their penetration into porous surfaces. We strive to reduce their visibility, but complete removal is not guaranteed.JOINT SAND LOSS (FOR PAVER SURFACES):
Erosion of joint sand between pavers may occur due to environmental factors or improper drainage. RHI Pressure Washing is not responsible for sand loss that happens post-cleaning.SLIPPERY SURFACES:
Pressure-washed surfaces, especially driveways, walkways, and pool decks, may become temporarily slippery after cleaning. We do not assume responsibility for any incidents caused by the slipperiness of recently cleaned surfaces. We recommend taking precautions, especially around wet areas.
WHAT WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY:
Customer neglect or damage to surfaces after our service, such as improper cleaning techniques or misuse of chemicals.
Allowing another contractor to work on the surface without consulting RHI Pressure Washing.
Failure to pay for services in full upon completion.
Issuing a bad check or committing fraudulent behavior.
Verbal abuse or rude behavior directed toward our staff will also result in the immediate termination of the warranty.
HOW TO MAINTAIN YOUR WARRANTY:
DURABILITY:
While RHI Pressure Washing ensures quality work, no claim is made regarding how long the cleaned surface will maintain its appearance. Proper maintenance and environmental conditions play a role in longevity.ANNUAL MAINTENANCE RECOMMENDATION:
We recommend an annual soft washing or maintenance cleaning for roofs, driveways, and patios to preserve the results of your service. Regular maintenance can prevent stains, mold growth, and dirt build-up from becoming harder to remove over time.
CHANGES TO WARRANTY:
This warranty is subject to change without notice as industry standards and practices evolve. We encourage our customers to print or save the warranty provided at the time of service for reference.
